Health & Safety is an important issue within our company and indeed with the major house builders. With this in mind, we currently employ a highly professional team of consultants who oversee all aspects of health and safety documentation and training. Our consultants continually monitor any changes in Health & Safety policies and additional training is given to our engineers frequently. Our company also implements an environmental policy, ensuring all waste products on-site are recycled or disposed of in the correct manner. This in turn dramatically reduces waste removal costs to the house builder.

A key feature of our company is our investment in the workforce of tomorrow. We operate an extremely sought after apprenticeship scheme ensuring highly qualified engineers for the future.

A number of these apprentices have qualified as regional apprentice of the year. Our company works hand in hand with a reputable training organisation to ensure that all of our apprentices receive the highest quality of education and training that we expect.
