We are a plumbing and heating company specialising in new build developments, covering the North-West, Midlands, East Midlands and Shropshire. Established in 1978, Ken Perry Limited is undertaking contracts for several of the UK’s major house builders, establishing our company as one of the innovative leaders in this sector.

We have an extensive and experienced team of qualified plumbing and heating engineers all of whom are ACS accredited in gas competence in conjunction with our company's CORGI registration and constantly updated and trained on the latest Health & Safety legislations. In addition to our new build engineers, we have established separate divisions relating to the installation of lead work, rainwater systems and core drilling. This allows a more specialised service gaining confidence from the house builder that only the most experienced and knowledgeable engineers are undertaking the work they specify. This of course incorporates a complete package relating to the fast moving, high volume new build developments of today.
